We look together at solutions to change\/postpone dates for the visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Day guests:<br\/><\/strong>Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before arrival. This applies to the booking of bathhouse, lunch, dinner or other things that are booked without accommodation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Room\/breakfast single room, up to and including 2 booked rooms:<br\/><\/strong>Cancellation deadline free of charge at 16:00 3 days before the day of arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Courses\/conferences, groups, day packages and full board, from 3 rooms:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table has-medium-font-size\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Free cancellation of the entire event:<\/td><td>8 weeks before arrival date<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>50% of the event can be canceled until:<\/td><td>5 weeks before arrival date<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>If no reductions have been made previously, it can be given, free of charge:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table has-medium-font-size\"><table><tbody><tr><td>30% reduction<\/td><td>up to 4 weeks before arrival<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>10% reduction<\/td><td>up to 2 weeks before arrival<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>5% reduction<\/td><td>up to 1 week before arrival<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">This assumes that previous deadlines have not been used.<br\/>Reductions cannot be made later than 1 week before arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">For cancellation of a room later than the above-mentioned deadlines, or departure before the booked date, the booker will be charged 100% of the agreed price for room and board for the ordered number of days. The above cancellation deadlines also apply to other goods and services that have been ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cancellation on the day of arrival or no show, the booker will be charged 100% of the agreed price for the entire stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Weddings:<br\/><\/strong>There is a large number of weddings at Hoel G\u00e5rd. For this reason, we must inform you of the following: If a wedding is canceled more than three weeks after the acceptance of the wedding reservation has been sent, Hoel G\u00e5rd will invoice the booker NOK 25,000.
