You will notice that you are a guest on a living farm, in one of Norway’s most fertile agricultural areas. Hoel Gård is self-sufficient in chicken, potatoes, wheat, barley, cherries, Nordic fruits, rhubarb, honey and herbs. From the neighboring farms we get, among other things, applesauce, blackcurrants, vegetables and herbs. Otherwise, we focus on the best Norwegian ingredients from the rest of the country – with many rich flavours.

TAKE TIME AWAY FROM EVERYDAY LIFE
Regardless of whether you come to work, to relax or to celebrate a big day, you are first and foremost welcomed as a guest on the farm. All of us who work here will do our best to make sure you have a good time. The local environment, the historic garden, the halls and the rooms create an entirely separate setting for the visit, with the meals as experiences in themselves. But you will also find everything you need in terms of practical and technical facilities – in addition to many different activities on the farm and offers in the local area.
